Welcome to Looksnear.com. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of Business
Looksnear.com is a Hyperlocal Directory and Listing Platform.
Role:Â We act as an intermediary connecting local Vendors (Sellers) with Customers (Buyers).
Disclaimer: Looksnear.com does NOT sell, manufacture, stock, or ship physical products directly. All product transactions occur directly between the Vendor and the Customer. We are strictly a service provider for online listings and digital management.
2. Terms for Vendors (Store Owners)
Account Verification:Â All vendor registrations are subject to verification by our Telecalling Team. Looksnear reserves the right to reject or suspend any profile containing false or misleading information.
Listings:Â Vendors must ensure that their product/service listings are accurate and legal. Listing of banned, illegal, or adult content is strictly prohibited.
Premium Membership: Fees paid for Premium Vendor Memberships are for digital services (Top Ranking, Badges, Unlimited Listings) and are non-refundable once the service is activated.
Communication:Â By registering, you agree to receive calls/messages from our staff regarding verification and leads.
3. Terms for Independent Partners (Freelancers, Telecallers & Team Leaders)
Role Definition: By purchasing the “Starter Kit,” you are enrolling as an Independent Business Partner (Commission Agent) with Looksnear.com. You are NOT an employee of the company.
Enrollment Fee (Digital Kit):
The payment of ₹1180 is charged for the “Digital Training Kit & CRM License”.
This fee covers the cost of:
Access to the Staff Dashboard & CRM Tools.
Digital Training Materials (PDFs/Videos).
Server & Administration Setup.
Since this is a digital service/product, this fee is non-refundable immediately after purchase.
100% Cashback Benefit (Performance Bonus):
As a special loyalty benefit, the company offers a 100% Cashback of the Enrollment Fee (₹1180) to partners who remain active for 3 months.
This amount will be added as a “Performance Bonus” in the 3rd-month payout.
Partners who leave or become inactive before 3 months are not eligible for this cashback.
Incentives:
Earnings are strictly commission-based as per the “Daily Slab Structure” mentioned in the training kit.
Looksnear reserves the right to hold or cancel payouts if fake/fraudulent data entry is detected.
4. Terms for Users (Customers)
Limitation of Liability:Â Looksnear.com is not responsible for the quality, safety, price, or delivery of goods/services sold by the Vendors listed on our platform. Users are advised to verify the vendor independently before making large payments.
Data Usage:Â By using the enquiry forms, you agree that your contact details may be shared with the respective Vendor to facilitate the service.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
For Vendor Subscriptions:Â No refunds will be issued once the plan is active.
For Staff Cashback Offers:
Eligible:Â 100% Cashback in the 3rd-month payout if the staff member remains active.
Forfeited:Â If the staff member engages in fraudulent activity or leaves within the first 15 days without any valid work output.
For General Users:Â Since we do not sell products, we do not offer product refunds. Product refunds must be claimed directly from the Vendor.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and software on Looksnear.com are the property of Looksnear and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Barnala, Punjab.
